Company Overview AMPLUS-X is a technology company that provides a software interface and integration layer connecting users and businesses to licensed and regulated financial service providers. AMPLUS-X does not provide regulated financial services and does not operate as a bank, money transmitter, exchange, broker, custodian, or payment institution. All fiat-to-crypto and crypto-to-fiat transactions are performed exclusively by licensed and regulated partners under their own regulatory frameworks. AMPLUS-X does not hold client funds at any time. Regulatory Positioning AMPLUS-X acts solely as a technology provider. AMPLUS-X does not act as a financial intermediary, agent, broker, processor, or money transmitter in any transaction. AMPLUS-X does not control, initiate, route, approve, execute, or settle any financial transaction. AMPLUS-X does not control custody, movement, or disposition of funds or digital assets at any stage of the transaction lifecycle. AMPLUS-X does not receive, hold, transmit, or have access to client funds. All financial transactions, including onboarding, identity verification (KYC), compliance checks, transaction execution, conversion, and settlement, are conducted exclusively by licensed and regulated partners. Direct Relationship with Partners Users are onboarded directly by the regulated partner and enter into a direct legal and contractual relationship with that partner. All financial services are provided by the partner, not by AMPLUS-X. The partner is solely responsible for: - customer onboarding and account approval - identity verification (KYC) and AML compliance - transaction monitoring and sanctions screening - execution, processing, and settlement of transactions - custody and handling of funds or digital assets AMPLUS-X does not modify, override, or control any compliance, risk, or operational decisions made by its partners. Role of AMPLUS-X AMPLUS-X provides access to partner services strictly as a technology interface through API integrations. AMPLUS-X does not: - act as a counterparty in any transaction - act as a merchant of record - provide financial services - perform onboarding or KYC - execute or process transactions - transmit or control funds - perform transaction monitoring or sanctions screening All such activities are performed exclusively by regulated partners. User Acknowledgment Before proceeding with any transaction, users are clearly informed that: - they are interacting with a regulated partner - all financial services are provided by the partner - the partner’s terms, policies, and compliance procedures apply Users must review and explicitly accept the partner’s terms, AML/KYC policies, and conditions before continuing. Users cannot proceed without providing such acceptance. Digital Asset Risks Digital assets are volatile and may fluctuate significantly in value. Transactions on blockchain networks may be irreversible. Incorrect transaction details, including wallet addresses, may result in permanent loss of funds. Transactions may be delayed, rejected, or subject to additional review due to network conditions, liquidity constraints, or compliance procedures applied by partners. Regulatory Risk Regulatory requirements may change and may impact the availability, legality, or execution of services. Partners may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to services based on regulatory obligations, jurisdictional requirements, or internal compliance decisions. AMPLUS-X does not control such decisions. No Custody of Funds AMPLUS-X does not hold, store, transmit, or control client funds at any time. All funds are handled exclusively by regulated partners. AMPLUS-X Card The AMPLUS-X Card is provided through licensed and regulated partners. All card issuance, payment processing, and fiat conversion are performed by such partners. Digital assets may be converted into fiat currency at the point of transaction through partner infrastructure. AMPLUS-X acts solely as a technology provider and does not provide financial services or hold client funds.
