All conversion of traditional currencies into digital assets, including onboarding, transaction execution, and settlement, is performed exclusively and independently by such partners under their own regulatory frameworks. AMPLUS-X does not act as an intermediary, agent, broker, or processor in any transaction and does not initiate, execute, control, or settle any financial transaction. AMPLUS-X does not receive, hold, transmit, or have access to client funds at any stage of the transaction lifecycle.
